About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at Lumus Imaging, you’ll work in a modern office equipped with cutting-edge technology designed to support you in assisting referring practitioners and patients.
You’ll collaborate closely with Clerical staff, Technicians, and Radiologists to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What your day will look like:

• Responding to and managing customer enquiries.
• Answering high-volume calls with professionalism and care.
• Managing reports and documenting feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Providing software support and troubleshooting.
• Performing general administrative tasks to support the team.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service role.
• Experience in healthcare is advantageous but not essential
• Exceptional communication skills.
• A confident approach to managing and resolving customer queries over the phone, with the ability to make decisions and create solutions.
• Empathy and a customer-focused attitude to ensure queries are resolved effectively.
