About Us

What You Will Be Doing
As the Key Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for strategically managing an allocated portfolio of key accounts, optimising yield and profitability across multiple sites. You’ll identify and convert new business opportunities, manage lease negotiations, and work cross-functionally to ensure successful implementation of growth strategies. Your strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and relationship management expertise will be central to achieving business objectives and expanding our high-performing network.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Drive revenue and profit growth across state-based and national group accounts.

Manage and optimise the performance of allocated collection centre portfolios, ensuring profitability and yield improvement.

Build and maintain a strong prospecting pipeline to identify and convert high-potential clinics and sites.

Oversee lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations to maintain a sustainable and high-yield property footprint.

Collaborate with Regional Managers, Operations, and Legal teams to deliver new site launches and expansions.

Analyse performance data and market insights to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.

Lead and motivate teams within your portfolio to achieve alignment and elevate performance.

Maintain strong stakeholder relationships through regular engagement, quarterly reviews, and transparent reporting.

Ensure compliance, confidentiality, and professionalism across all business dealings.

Proven experience in business development, key account management, or sales (Healthcare or Pathology sector preferred)

Demonstrated success in contract and lease negotiations with a strong understanding of medical practice dynamics.
