What You Will Be Doing
Based at our Heidelberg Laboratory, we are currently seeking an experienced and motivated team member to join our professional and friendly Data Entry team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining our doctor database
- Ability to make outbound telephone calls
- Reconciliation of uncoded doctors
- Ad-hoc administration and clerical support as required
What Type of Person Will Be Successful
To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent telephone communication skills and demonstrate strong customer service abilities. You will have the ability to problem-solve effectively while maintaining clear, concise, and confident verbal and written communication. Attention to detail is crucial, as is experience with data entry and sound computer skills. Previous experience in a similar role will be advantageous. Additionally, you should have a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work well as part of a team. Strong interpersonal and communication skills will be key to delivering a high level of customer service.
