About the role:

 

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is highly motivated to become part of a passionate and engaged team. This role will involve routine testing in the Toxicology laboratory, over a variety of shifts. Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Perform manual diagnostic testing
  • Specimen storage and retrieval
  • Maintenance of records
  • Assist with stock control
  • Maintain confidentiality of our customers

 

About you:

 

To be considered for this position, you will need to have a great blend of skills, including:

 

  • Previous laboratory experience is desirable
  • Experience in toxicology techniques and knowledge of the AS/NS4308 is also desirable
  • A willingness to adhere to departmental and organisational policies and procedures
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Must be a cohesive and contributing member of the team and display positive attitudes towards achieving outcomes
  • Strong time management, interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Awareness of Work Health and Safety and quality assurance processes and procedures
