Our primary focus is to provide high quality and timely genomic information to assist in clinical decision-making and diagnosis of disease.
What You Will Be Doing
We are seeking a driven and strategic Product Manager to take ownership of a defined portfolio within our diagnostic genetic testing range. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for the development, positioning, and go to market strategy of your assigned product area, helping to ensure our offerings meet the needs of healthcare providers and support better patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the lifecycle from ideation to product launch of your assigned product portfolio
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including laboratory, clinical, marketing, sales, and operations
- Gather market insights and customer feedback to inform product strategy and improvements
- Support the development of go-to-market strategies and product launch plans
- Create and maintain marketing and educational materials to support uptake and understanding
- Monitor performance and identify opportunities to grow and optimise your portfolio
- Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare and regulatory standards

- Experience in product management, ideally within healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences
- Understanding of the clinical and commercial aspects of genetic testing
- Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders
