What You Will Be Doing
We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated to become part of a passionate and engaged team as Receptionist, working various 5 hour shifts between the hours of 7am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Accounts assistance
- Inbox and calendar management
- Document creation and control; filing and collating
- Site access card management and works scheduling
- Ad hoc administration duties
These are the type of attributes & skills you would possess:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent organisational and time management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to perform work with a high degree of precision and accuracy
