What You Will Be Doing

Reporting into the State Revenue Manager, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue generation and business development across the North WA region and Northern Territory. You’ll be playing an important role in developing and executing of our revenue strategies. 


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Support the State Revenue Manager with the implementation of the Pathology Revenue strategies
  • Maintaining ACC network through lease negotiation strategic ACC placements
  • Self-managing and lead revenue focus campaigns, execute revenue strategy
  • Develop deep understanding of targeted market, monitoring market behaviour 
  • Ensure strategic communication plans for internal and external stakeholders are implemented
  • Gathering & reporting on market business intelligence 
  • Attending marketing conferences and events
  • Managing property leases including new, renewal and exercise of option


What Type of Person Will Be Successful

  • 3+ years working in a similar industry and/or role
  • Uncover market gaps, drive innovation, collaborate and lead
  • Good analytical ability to develop, problem-solving skills to manage revenue and budget initiatives
  • Strong negotiation and strategic skill to manage and grow ACC network
  • Ability to inspire and guide Medical Liaison Officer to succeed, supporting and facilitating resources for effective marketing activities
  • Creating and seizing opportunities to expand into new market
