Administration Officer
Dorevitch Pathology is part of the broader Healius Pathology Pty Ltd network of specialist pathologist practices. As such, Dorevitch Pathology has the governance and support infrastructure that comes with being part of a top 100 ASX publicly listed entity.
We are currently looking for a dynamic Office Administrator to support the Dorevitch Pathology executive team based in our Heidelberg head office on a part time basis (25hrs p/w).
Responsibilities:
• Perform all office administrator activities such as calendar & travel management, meetings coordination, minute taking & follow up, leave / Workforce Dimensions approvals & administration for the executive and wider leadership team.
• Initiate purchase orders, gain approvals, reconcile & finalize relevant accounts & expenses,
• Act as a key point of contact for the executive team, regarding office facilities and issue company property for them & their direct reporting positions.
• Coordinate administrative needs for the Pathologist workforce including leave submissions and expenses.
• Support annual workforce functions such as the Lab Managers Conference and yearly Service Awards
Experience Required
• Sound Microsoft Office skills and experience with SAP (or similar)
• Strong knowledge of and experience delivering services / processes to others in the context of Pathology operations and requirements, from an administrative perspective
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills across all levels
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to build credible, trusting and respectful relationships with all levels of employees.
• Sound planning and organisation skills
• High outcome orientation and drive as well as a thorough understanding of business execution needs.
• Tertiary qualifications in a business administration or related discipline (preferred)
