About The Role

We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated to become part of a passionate and engaged team, who will be responsible for: 

• Typing and formatting of various medical reports
• Liaising with medical staff, both on and off-site
• Appropriate management of confidential and sensitive patient information
• General office and administrational duties

About You 

To be considered for this position, you will need to meet the essential requirements: 

• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Accurate typing speed of 65-80 wpm
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders
• General office skills and strong telephone etiquette
• Demonstrated ability to work well within a team
• Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
• Previous experience or knowledge in typing macroscopic and microscopic reports will be highly regarded, but not essential
