What You Will Be Doing

 

We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated to become part of a passionate and engaged team. 

 

Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following: 

  • Accounts assistance   

  • Inbox and calendar management   

  • Document creation and control   

  • Site access card management and works scheduling and dealing with vendors, trades etc 

  • Coordinate patient sample drop offs 

  • liaising with patients attending onsite appointment 

  • Ad hoc administration duties 

  • Raising purchase orders 

  • Coordinate meetings and organise events
