About Us

Healius has an expansive network of over 100 medical laboratories and 2000 patient collection centres operating across metropolitan, regional and remote Australia.

About The Role

This is a casual role with flexibility and room for growth. As a Vaccines Partnerships Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting the commercial success of our vaccine portfolio across Australia. Working closely with Customer and Commercial Managers and cross-functional teams, you’ll help build strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and support the delivery of strategic objectives.
This is a growing and evolving role with potential for permanency for the right candidate. You’ll be working in a business development capacity, with exposure to customer engagement, market research, and commercial operations.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities within the healthcare market
  • Maintain regular contact with existing vaccine customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth
  • Provide timely and professional support to customers, responding to enquiries and building trust
  • Prepare and deliver external sales presentations, proposals, and pricing within approved frameworks
  • Conduct online research to support business planning and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order fulfilment, delivery, and after-sales support
  • Gather and analyse competitor, market, and customer insights

 

About You

To be successful in this position, you’ll be a proactive, self-motivated individual who enjoys building relationships and taking initiative. Regardless of your years of experience, you’re eager to learn, grow, and make a meaningful contribution in a commercial environment.
 
You’ll bring:
  • Experience in sales, business development or account management (healthcare, diagnostics, medical devices or pharmaceuticals highly regarded)
  • Strong relationship management skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Commercial acumen, with an understanding of pricing, margin, and revenue drivers
  • A go-getter attitude and willingness to take ownership
  • Flexibility to travel and support customers in-field as needed
Experience in vaccines, immunisation programs, or primary care sales is a bonus, but not essential, training and support will be provided.
