What You Will Be Doing

 

Our Customer Support Specialist positions cover shifts between 6am -12am Monday to Friday and 6am - 10pm Saturday and Sunday as required. This is an opportunity to join a service driven team with an excellent work ethic who enjoy.

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

 

  • Handling incoming calls for data entry enquiries
  • Monitoring of emails
  • Data Entry of Requests
  • Processing Added Tests
  • General administration duties

  • Previous experience or knowledge of medical terminology is highly desirable
