What You Will Be Doing
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Mobile Collections Coordinator to support the smooth and efficient delivery of our home visit collection services. You’ll play a key part in ensuring urgent requests are actioned, daily runs are coordinated, and the Customer & Collections Manager (CCM) is supported to keep operations compliant, safe and patient‑focused.
This is a hands-on role that is essential to supporting the services our mobile collectors provide to the community.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor the Home Visits Urgent Inbox, ensuring timely triage and response
- Coordinate daily run allocation for mobile collectors to support efficient service delivery
- Provide day-to-day operational support to the Manager
- Assist with workplace health and safety activities and reporting
- Support quality processes and continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist with patient enquiries and responses in a professional and timely manner
- Contribute to consistent, compliant, and patient-focused service delivery

Experience & Qualifications
- Experience in pathology collections or healthcare operations desirable but not essential
- Certificate III in Pathology Collection desirable but not essential
- Ideally you will have 3+ years of relevant administration or coordination experience
