About Us
Key responsibilities and duties include:

Provide patient care and support by responding to incoming calls from patients, doctors, and allied health carers

Make outgoing calls to patients or their carers to communicate INR results and deliver clear, safe warfarin dosage instructions

Register new patients and obtain medical histories from doctors and hospitals
-
Liaise with patients, doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and nursing facilities regarding changes to medical history, medications, and provide advice pre- and post-procedures or hospital admissions

Manage patient records and clinical information accurately in our systems

Perform general administration tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly
About You
- Experience liaising with patients in a medical or healthcare setting
- A background in nursing, medical, or laboratory work (highly beneficial but not essential)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Confidence in handling clinical information and providing clear instructions
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
