What You Will Be Doing
We are currently looking for two Accounts Receivable Officers to join our team in Queensland, playing an important role in managing the Accounts Receivable function.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Receipt and allocate payments
• Follow up unpaid invoices
• Raise Invoices and Credit notes
• Investigate and resolve billing queries efficiently
• Maintain strong client relations
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve billing processes and resolve issues
• Extract reports for end of month and as required
What Type of Person Will Be Successful
These are the type of attributes & skills you would possess:
• Ideally twelve months experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of the accounts receivaerble processes and basic accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• MYOB experience an advantage
• Intermediate Excel proficiency
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new processes
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Background in accounting (preferred)
