What You Will Be Doing

 

The Role


As Customer Experience Specialist you will be working in fast paced environment reporting to the Customer Experience People Leader. Using your excellent communicating and listening skills, you will be liaising with a range of both internal and external stakeholders including Patients, Doctors, Health Care Professionals, Commercial Clients, and Internal Customers. You will be working 5 days a week but including a Saturday or Sunday as a permanent roster. 

 

In this role, youu will have the opportunity to make an impact and will be coming in to work every day with purpose as you make a real difference to the health of patients.


Your key responsibilities will include:

 

Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

  • Communication with medical staff, both onsite and off-site 
  • Answering enquiries, coordinating courier and medical centre collections, pathology results assistance 
  • General administration duties 
  • Maintain customer confidentiality
  • Liaise with laboratory staff 

 

What Type of Person Will Be Successful

 

These are the type of attributes & skills you would possess:

To be considered for this position, you will need to have a great blend of skills, including:

  • Sound typing/data entry skills (approximately 50 wpm with 98% accuracy) 
  • Previous experience or knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to liaise with individuals at all levels of an organisation 
  • A willingness to adhere to departmental and organisational policies and procedures 
  • Must be a cohesive and contributing member of the team and display positive attitudes towards achieving outcomes 
  • Strong time management, interpersonal and organisational skills 
  • Excellent telephone manner 
  • Strong customer focus and general office skills
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
