As an Administration Coordinator & Pathology On Road Collector (Hybrid) or Administration Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to coordinate home collection services to ensure patients receive timely and efficient access to pathology testing. • Organising bookings, daily run sheets, and related documentation
  • Liaising with patients, collectors, clinics, and couriers
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and administrative systems
  • Supporting the efficient flow of home collection services through effective administration
  • For hybrid roles: providing pathology home collection visits when required, including coverage during staff leave or unplanned absences
  • For hybrid roles: collecting, preparing, and packaging specimens for transport and testing in accordance with procedures

What Type of Person Will Be Successful
