This is a max-term opportunity through to 31 January 2027, based at North Ryde. In this role, you will provide administrative and coordination support across commercial and client-facing activities, contributing to the effective delivery of services.

About The Role
As an Admin Officer, you will provide administrative support, client services and general office functions. You will assist with day-to-day operational tasks to support service delivery.
Key responsibilities:
· Provide administrative support to the B2B Manager and broader team
· Assist with the management and coordination of contracts
· Prepare and manage quotes, invoices and related documentation
· Provide accounts administration support, including basic bookkeeping tasks
· Manage inboxes, calendars and general correspondence
· Coordinate internal and external requests in a timely manner
· Maintain accurate records and documentation
· Support scheduling and coordination of site access and activities
· Assist with the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
· Perform general administrative duties as required
About You
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented professional who takes a proactive approach to their work. You will be comfortable managing a variety of administrative tasks and supporting both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
· Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role
· Exposure to managing large private sector and/or Government contracts is advantageous
· Experience in the healthcare sector or a large, complex organisation is advantageous
