In this role, based at our North Ryde Laboratory working 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday, you will be an essential part of our professional and friendly Doctor Maintenance team. Your primary responsibility will be the timely and efficient management of our database of doctors and hospitals.

In this role, based at our North Ryde Laboratory working 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday, you will be an essential part of our professional and friendly Doctor Maintenance team. Your primary responsibility will be the timely and efficient management of our database of doctors and hospitals.
Reporting to the Data Entry People Leader, your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Employ problem solving to manage and administer the database of doctors, medical practices, and hospitals
- Responding to emails from internal and external stakeholders
- Field phone calls from Doctors and Medical Practices
- Liaise with Department heads, Pathologists, Medical Liaison Officers and other key external stakeholders
- Contact doctors, medical practices and hospitals to confirm up-to-date doctor and patient information
- Input all appropriate information into our system accurately and efficiently
- Cross skill into Doctor Maintenance in other divisions within Healius group (e.g. Dorovitch, QML etc). We work as a national team and support each other.
- Be part of implementing process improvement and change initiatives
