About the Role

We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Rostering Officer to join our team at Healius. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and managing staff rosters to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with workforce requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate staff rosters within required timeframes.
  • Ensure coverage for all shifts while balancing operational needs and Enterprise Agreement
  • Communicate roster changes promptly and effectively to relevant stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with managers and team members to resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and relevant workplace regulations.


What We're Looking For:

  • Previous scheduling/rostering experience in a fast-paced environment (essential).
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across teams.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in rostering systems and Microsoft Office Suite (desirable).
