What You Will Be Doing
An opportunity is now available for an individual to join our finance team based in our Sydney head office. This role is responsible for providing operational support to the AR Contact Centre & Prepayments teams both in Australia and Philippines.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Secondary point of escalation for our inbound Contact Centre and Prepayments via Offshore team.
- Assist in coordinating emailed queries
- Assisting in KPI management of Offshore teams
- Maintain refunds including Medicare Bulk-Bill claim reversals and write-offs.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives/automation and project work where necessary.
- Reviews & delegation of unmatched Cash and Prepayment accounts work to support and drive with offshore team.
- Oversee Square payment file download and export as required.
- Communicate and resolve payment file data issues with key stakeholders.
- Support offshores teams with relevant billing amendments within Ultra
What Type of Person Will Be Successful
These are the type of attributes & skills you would possess:
• Ideally twelve months experience in a similar role dealing with customer complaints and escalations
• Capability to deliver professional customer service in all interactions.
• Client or stakeholder management experience
• Knowledge of the accounts receivable processes and basic accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new processes
• Team player with strong communication skills
