At Healius, we all have one thing in common: we’re passionate about making a difference to the health of Australians. Right now, it’s an exciting time to join us as we transform into a stronger, more agile organisation focused on precision medicine, excellent customer and patient experiences, smarter ways of working, whilst providing a great place to work.
Oncology is one of the fastest‑growing areas in genomics, and in this role, you’ll be at the forefront of expanding access to advanced oncology genomic testing across Australia. By partnering with oncologists, haematologists and other specialists, you’ll help increase awareness and adoption of our oncology genomics portfolio — supporting clinicians in accessing high‑quality testing that informs more precise, personalised care.
You’ll be joining a supportive and forward‑thinking team within a growing national genomics service. With opportunities to build strong relationships across public and private hospital networks, partner closely with specialists, and work alongside experienced scientific and commercial leaders, this is a role where your impact will be visible. You’ll have the autonomy to own your territory while contributing to the growth and reach of Genomic Diagnostics’ oncology portfolio.
About Us
Genomic Diagnostics is the national genomics service for the Healius Pathology Network. We provide comprehensive genomic testing, spanning oncology, reproductive health, inherited disease and pharmacogenomics, to an extensive network of public and private hospitals and community referrers across Australia. Our primary focus is to provide high-quality and timely genomic information to assist in diagnosis and clinical decision-making.
Healius has an expansive network of over 100 medical laboratories and 2000 patient collection centres operating across metropolitan, regional and remote Australia. We provide 1 in every 3 pathology services in Australia, extending from exclusively servicing some of Australia’s largest and most complex private and public hospitals, to small Indigenous Australian communities.
