What You Will Be Doing

You will report to the National Clinical Trials Manager and support the coordination and successful delivery of clinical trials, with a focus on providing accurate information, timely reporting, and strong client support.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Provide information to clients on tests offered, including feasibility, pricing, test requirements and turnaround times
  • Support state-based Clinical Trials Coordinators with set-up activities for awarded clinical trials
  • Liaise directly with clinical trial clients with a customer-focused approach
  • Escalate client issues or complaints to operations teams as they arise
  • Ensure timely reporting and delivery of results to clients
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and client KPIs
  • Attend marketing conferences and events as required

 

What Type of Person Will Be Successful

 

To be successful in this role, you will be a Scientist with strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of core lab operations, able to provide accurate and timely support to both clients and internal teams. You’ll bring a customer‑focused mindset and work collaboratively to ensure trial activities meet expectations.

 

You will meet the following criteria:

 

  • Bachelor of Biomedical Science or equivalent
  • 2+ years’ experience as a multidisciplinary or core laboratory Scientist
  • Moderate understanding of core lab operations and urgent processing requirements
  • Understanding of clinical trials (desirable)
  • Demonstrated ability to meet performance targets and deliver work that aligns with agreed KPIs
  • High attention to detail and commitment to achieving high quality standards
