About The Role
We are currently seeking a reliable, detail-focused and driven team member to join our professional and friendly Doctor Maintenance team.
Ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, values accuracy and thrives in a fast-paced medical environment supporting key administrative functions that directly impact patient care and clinical outcomes.
Your Skills will include:

Proficient typing skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work to strict time constraints

Sound computer skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities

Setup/creation of internal codes to be used statewide

Liaising with relevant stakeholders to obtain missing information

Providing ad-hoc administrative and clerical support as required
Requirements
-
Previous experience within medical clinics/centres is desirable but not essential
-
Background or knowledge in pathology is desirable but not essential

Strong understanding of and commitment to privacy and confidentiality in a medical environment
