What You Will Be Doing
Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting and maintaining financial analysis including variance, trend, and sensitivity modelling.

Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes to align with business goals.

Assisting in the preparation and review of business cases and financial components of key projects.

Collaborating with FP&A, Finance, and cross-functional teams to ensure robust financial decision-making.

Managing and interpreting large financial data sets to provide actionable insights.

Identifying and driving improvements in financial processes, reporting, and data accuracy.

Performing ad-hoc financial analyses as required to support business needs.
What Type of Person Will Be Successful

Strong foundation in accounting and financial analysis.

Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, SAP, or Anaplan highly desirable.

High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to present financial information clearly.

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and desire to drive process improvement.

Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Integrity, professionalism, and a high standard of ethical conduct.

A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

CA/CPA qualification preferred, or currently working towards (final year acceptable).

3–5 years’ experience in a financial analysis or similar finance role.
