What You Will Be Doing


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting and maintaining financial analysis including variance, trend, and sensitivity modelling.

  • Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes to align with business goals.

  • Assisting in the preparation and review of business cases and financial components of key projects.

  • Collaborating with FP&A, Finance, and cross-functional teams to ensure robust financial decision-making.

  • Managing and interpreting large financial data sets to provide actionable insights.

  • Identifying and driving improvements in financial processes, reporting, and data accuracy.

  • Performing ad-hoc financial analyses as required to support business needs.


What Type of Person Will Be Successful

 

These are the type of attributes & skills you would possess:

  • Strong foundation in accounting and financial analysis.

  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, SAP, or Anaplan highly desirable.

  • High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present financial information clearly.

  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and desire to drive process improvement.

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

  • A collaborative, team-first approach to work.

  • Integrity, professionalism, and a high standard of ethical conduct.

  • A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

  • CA/CPA qualification preferred, or currently working towards (final year acceptable).

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a financial analysis or similar finance role.
