What You Will Be Doing

 

As an HRIS Analyst, you will be integral to supporting the implementation, configuration, and optimisation across the SAP HR environment. If you thrive on solving problems and leveraging your analytical skills, this role offers an exciting opportunity to significantly enhance our HRIS system's functionality.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate organisational needs into clear functional and system requirements.
  • Contribute to delivery against agreed project timelines, milestones, and outcomes.
  • Configure and maintain learning and performance platforms to meet evolving business and operational needs.
  • Ensure solutions operate effectively, securely, and in alignment with organisational policies and governance standards.
  • Provide hands-on support during implementation phases, including user acceptance testing and issue resolution.
  • Develop and deliver training materials, user guides, and knowledge resources to support adoption.
  • Identify opportunities for optimisation during and after implementation.
  • Recommend and implement system enhancements to improve usability, efficiency, and business value.

 

Reporting and Analytics

 

  • Support reporting and insights related to learning, performance, and workforce capability outcomes.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports to support decision-making.

 

What Type of Person Will Be Successful

 

You are likely to bring:

  • Experience supporting or delivering HR technology implementations, particularly learning and performance solutions.
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience with system configuration, testing, and issue resolution.
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • A tertiary qualification in IT, HR, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Familiarity with project delivery frameworks or methodologies (desirable).
