As a Marketing Administrator, you'll play an important role in supporting our dynamic marketing team while gaining exposure to a wide range of fascinating topics in healthcare. You'll collaborate with diverse stakeholders across the business and contribute to meaningful initiatives that helps our customers & makes a difference to our patients lives.

What You Will Be Doing
We are currently looking for a central Marketing Administrator to join our team on a part time basis, 4 days a week. This role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane and can be 100% remote.
Your key responsibilities will include:
The role will centrally support the marketing and front-line teams in the administration of marketing requests.
- Assisting with project coordination
- Administer marketing requests
- Coordinate delivery of marketing collateral
- Supporting our collection centres with required collateral
- Purchasing brochures and merchandise

- Display excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Have good written and verbal communication skills
- Show initiative and be willing to learn
- Ability to juggle competing priorities
- Desire and ability to support multiple team members
- Strong computer literacy
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
