The Role
Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for branding and talent attraction? We are seeking a Recruitment Marketing Specialist to join our high-performing Talent Acquisition team at Healius. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you'll will be joining a high performing team who support each other, embrace opportunities for growth & innovation and have fun whilst they are doing it!
As Recruitment Marketing Specialist, you'll be crafting compelling campaigns, building our employer brand, and ensuring every candidate touchpoint is memorable. You’ll work at the intersection of marketing and talent acquisition, collaborating with various teams across the business to shape how the world sees us as an employer of choice.
As we go through an exciting period of growth and transformation, your role will be varied and innovative, with some exciting initiatives that you will be heavily involved in including AI and digital development.
What You’ll Do
- Leading employer branding initiatives including reimagining our new careers site
- Managing our external branding assets such as LinkedIn Life and Seek page updates, Glassdoor & Seek reviews and other external content platforms
- Create compelling content for job adverts, social media, email campaigns, and internal communications that reflect our EVP and culture.
- Design and execute recruitment marketing campaigns across platforms like Seek, Meta, Google, and YouTube, including video production and paid advertising.
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and tailor messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Manage event marketing for university career fairs, industry conferences, and internal recruitment events, including collateral creation and lead capture strategies.
- Optimise candidate experience through My Hub uplift projects, email journey enhancements, and Circle Back initiatives.
- Analyse campaign performance using recruitment metrics and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Maintaining strong partnerships with recruitment marketing vendors
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment marketing or employer branding
- Expertise with social media advertising platforms and content management tools
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create informative and engaging content
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyse data and metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working within recruitment agency or within an in-house recruitment team an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (desirable)
