About The Role

 

Healius is seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Associate to support three critical initiatives in the logistics space within a large and complex healthcare environment.

You will work across three key projects:

  • Logistics network optimisation
  • Logistics digitalisation
  • Cost-out of results delivery

This role will require you to balance priorities across all streams, engage stakeholders, and ensure changes are embedded successfully. You’ll also play a key role in transitioning every business unit onto a single logistics platform

 

Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Driving and providing support for three active initiatives
  • Engaging with stakeholders to support changes and make them stick
  • Creating systems to ensure the new status quo is maintained
  • Presenting findings and results to the Executive Leadership Team


This is a 3-month fixed term with potential extension, based in our Sydney Head Office. Hybrid working arrangements are available. Occasional short business trips (~2 days) to Brisbane and Melbourne may be required.

 

 

About You

 

This role will suit a mid-senior level professional who is proactive, analytical, and thrives in complex environments. You can manage multiple priorities with confidence, ask the “why,” define problems clearly, and push for solutions autonomously.

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

  • 3–5 years’ management consulting experience as a Business Analyst, Associate, or similar
  • Background in logistics or healthcare (preferred)
  • Experience implementing large-scale changes supported by IT solutions
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to influence outcomes
  • Comfort working across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset
