This is an opportunity to join our high performing Talent Acquisition Team as a Volume Talent Partner on a contract basis to support with a peak period of recruitment. In this fast-paced role, you will play a key role in supporting the business by recruiting for one of our key and high-volume roles - Pathology Collectors.

What You Will Be Doing

 

As Volume Talent Partner, you will be based in our beautiful Sydney Head Office in the heart of Sydney CBD. You will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition and work in a high-performing team of 6.

Responsible for managing the recruitment of our highest volume role – Pathology Collectors, this fast-paced role will involve partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs and developing effective recruitment strategies involving sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, managing the hiring process, as well as using proactive sourcing methods and working with the recruitment marketing specialist on recruitment campaigns.

 

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with hiring managers to understand their volume & geographical requirements
  • Managing the recruitment process from advertising through to offer
  • Coordinating and scheduling face to face interviews with hiring managers
  • Conducting reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates
  • Providing guidance and advice to hiring managers on best recruitment practices
  • Keeping a talent pool & pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Using different technologies, for example Spark Hire, to maximise efficiency
  • Staying up to date of industry trends, salary benchmarking, and changes in the business landscape

 

What Type of Person Will Be Successful

 

To be successful in this role, you will have previous Talent Acquisition experience, ideally in high-volume recruitment. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be highly organised as you juggle multiple roles in different locations as well as create great relationships with hiring managers.  We believe everyone leads, no matter what role they are in. These are the type of attributes & skills you would possess:

  • Ideally 2+ years of experience in recruitment within the volume space
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies
  • Ability to build relationships and network effectively, with demonstrated stakeholder management skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in your recruitment approach
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • The ability to problem solve and think outside the box with creative recruitment strategies
  • Experience using HR/Recruitment systems
