About the role
We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated to become part of a passionate, vibrant and engaged team who will be responsible for:
- Typing and formatting of various medical reports
- Liaising with medical staff, both on and off-site
- Appropriate management of confidential and sensitive patient information
- General office and administrational duties
About you
To be considered for this position, you will need to meet the essential requirements:
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Accurate typing speed of 65-80 wpm
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders
- General office skills and strong telephone etiquette
- Ability to work within a team
- Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Previous experience or knowledge in typing macroscopic and microscopic reports will be highly regarded
