About the Role 

As Warfarin Customer Consultant, you will be the go-to contact for all customer liaison regarding Warfarin.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls from patients
  • Making outgoing calls to patients and/or their carer to communicate their results and warfarin dose instructions
  • Other discussions will relate to changes to medical history, and/or other medications; discussions with patient pre and post procedures, and hospital admissions
  • Accepting New patients registered into the Warfarin clinic and obtaining a full medical history from doctors and hospitals
  • Liaising with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and nursing facilities
    General administration tasks and managing patient files

  • General office, computer, and administration skills
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • A willingness to adhere to departmental and organisational policies and procedures
