What You Will Be Doing
About the role 
We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated to become part of a passionate and engaged team on a part time basis, 30 hours per week.

The great role will see you answering incoming calls from patients or their carers communicating results or providing dose information as well as liaising with Hospitals, nursing facilities and pharmacies.

Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
•    Answering high volume incoming calls 
•    Making outgoing calls to patients and/or their carer to communicate their results and warfarin dose instructions
•    Other discussions will relate to changes to medical history, and/or other medications; discussions with patient pre and post procedures, and hospital admissions
•    Accepting New patients registered into the Warfarin clinic and obtaining a full medical history from doctors and hospitals
•    Liaising with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and nursing facilities
•    General administration tasks and managing patient files
