What You Will Be Doing

An opportunity is now available for a Banking Officer to join our Accounts Receivable team based in our Sydney CDB office. This is a fantastic opportunity to get your career started with a leading healthcare company,.


What You Will Be Doing


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Process high volume receipting / allocation of cheques and EFT payments
  • Assist with daily bank reconciliation
  • Assisting to review the unmatched cash
  • Review and perform refunds
  • Support the other teams with payments related enquiries from patients and clients
  • Act as a contact point for internal payment enquiries
  • Respond to payment disputes and other correspondence from banks
  • Supporting offshore team with escalation
  • Managing emails received in shared inbox
  • Admin tasks
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements by identifying inefficiencies

  • 12 months Accounts Receivable experience
  • Healthcare industry experience is highly advantageous
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise across multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Sound Excel skills and knowledge of ERM systems
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
