What You Will Be Doing
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Use of Healius’ learning platforms including; our Learning Management System, SharePoint, SAP Success Factors.
• Regular reporting and analysis of reports to show ROI on programs offered
• All administrative tasks for L&OD projects and Talent and Leadership programs when needed. This includes but not limited to; assigning learning to managers, sending regular communications to cohorts, marking individuals as complete, tracking completion or pre and post work activities etc.
• Accountability for a National training calendar, bookings and confirmation of relevant information
What Type of Person Will Be Successful
These are the type of attributes & skills you would possess:
• Undergraduate or post-graduate qualifications in related field (HR/Psychology/Organisational Development)
• Experience with reporting in various platforms
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn new systems quickly and use data from each to form a coherent plan to continue successful development of our managers
• Reporting and analysing ROI on programs
