What You Will Be Doing
In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of designing and delivering capability-building initiatives that are closely aligned with business priorities. Drawing on data, insights, and emerging technologies, you'll create learning solutions that are impactful, engaging, and future-focused. You'll support the evolution of our talent programs and processes, ensuring they are digital-forward and seamlessly embedded into our ways of working. A key part of your work will involve enabling business-led learning by partnering with subject matter experts and leaders to co-create engaging content—from videos and assessments to interactive learning assets—while also integrating AI tools to scale learning and foster greater ownership of development across the organisation. You'll play a critical role in measuring what matters, analysing learner behaviours and performance data, and using those insights to drive continuous improvement, adoption, and engagement across all our learning solutions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of capability uplift programs.
- Transforming compliance training into meaningful learning through engaging digital experiences grounded in adult learning principles.
- Designing and evolving the Onboarding Experience, ensuring impactful Moments that Matter from pre-boarding through the first 90 days.
- Supporting the enhancement and embedding of our performance framework, driving performance uplift across the business.
- Championing design standards by developing frameworks that ensure consistency, accessibility, and engagement.
- Using data and technology to generate insights and make evidence-based decisions that improve learning outcomes.
- Developing and managing the content strategy and governance for our Learning Management System (SuccessFactors).
- Staying up to date with AI trends in L&D, assessing emerging tools and leading pilots or prototypes that enhance learning design and delivery.
What Type of Person Will Be Successful
We’re looking for a proactive, creative thinker who combines learning design expertise with a curious mindset and a strong focus on measurable outcomes.
These are the type of attributes & skills you would possess:
- 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, with a focus on digital or blended learning design.
- A strong design background and the ability to manage content development end-to-end.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance content creation, course delivery, marketing, and reporting.
- A solid understanding of adult learning principles and data-enabled learning strategies.
- Skilled at stakeholder engagement, particularly with SMEs and leaders, and comfortable managing small-scale projects.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with an eye for clarity, engagement, and learner impact.
