What You Will Be Doing

As a Workforce and Compensation Reporting Analyst, you will be a trusted advisor within the People & Culture team reporting directing into the Group Executive, People and Culture. You will lead the preparation of key workforce and remuneration data, manage short-term incentive program administration, and contribute to the development and enhancement of our reporting and BI capabilities. Your work will ensure data accuracy, compliance, and alignment with business strategy while helping us make informed decisions about our most valuable asset—our people.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the preparation, validation, and coordination of data for the annual remuneration review process, including compensation benchmarking and internal pay equity analysis.
  • Manage the central coordination and administration of short-term incentive plans, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and timely stakeholder reporting.
  • Collaborate with analytics experts across P&C, Finance, and IT to develop and maintain workforce reporting and Power BI dashboards.
  • Support key workforce metrics and provide insights to aid labour efficiency and workforce planning.
  • Deliver analytical support for organisational structure changes and talent planning initiatives.
  • Participate in salary survey submissions and interpret findings to support competitive and market-aligned compensation strategies.
  • Partner with HRIS and data governance teams to maintain data accuracy and consistency across systems.
  • Support regulatory compliance and audit activities through accurate reporting.
  • Contribute insights to broader P&C initiatives, including strategic workforce planning and organizational design.


What Type of Person Will Be Successful

 

These are the type of attributes & skills you would possess:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years’ experience in compensation analysis, HR reporting, or workforce analytics.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting annual compensation reviews and incentive program administration.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Power BI or other data visualisation tools.
  • Exposure to HRIS and compensation platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, or ADP.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset, with the ability to handle sensitive data discreetly.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, especially when explaining complex data to non-technical audiences.
