About The Role

As a Volume Talent Partner, you will manage a dedicated high-volume portfolio, leading end-to-end recruitment with a focus on our highest volume role, Pathology Collectors. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll partner closely with hiring managers, influence recruitment strategy and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across a dedicated high-volume portfolio, primarily focused on hiring for Pathology Collectors
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand workforce needs and provide expert recruitment advice
  • Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and attract talent across key locations
  • Maintain strong talent pools to support ongoing and future hiring demand
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment Marketing Specialist on targeted campaigns to attract talent in priority areas
  • Conduct screening, interviews, manage offers and initiate pre-employment checks
  • Leverage recruitment technology and a market-leading CRM system to drive efficiency and candidate experience
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and track hiring performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement

 

About You

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of their work. You’re confident working autonomously while also building strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders and you bring a proactive, solutions-focused approach to recruitment.

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in recruitment
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment for a high-volume portfolio
